WHAT IS PROPOSED?

The Irion County Independent School District 2024 bond has three separate propositions totaling $55M. Proposition A will create a new elementary school, while Proposition B will provide one-to-one technology replacement, and Proposition C will focus on teacher housing.

TAX IMPACT

The Irion County ISD 2024 proposed bond will be a $0.10 tax increase. There is NO TAX INCREASE on homesteads for those having age 65 Homestead Exemption Affidavit. Review the tax calculator to see your impact.
